On Friday, May 2nd, I was playing with Koen and noticed something a little different about him. I looked a little closer and discovered that Koen had his first tooth. He had been kind of fussy for a while and I jokingly was saying that he was teething (knowing that he was probably too young to get teeth), but I was wrong. It's kind of crazy to have a child that has teeth at 5 months because I don't think Austin got his first tooth until he was almost a year. Maybe that's a sign that Koen is going to do things a little faster than Austin did. :) It's crazy to think that Koen is 5 months old already. He is growing so fast already. If you look closely, you might be able to see the tooth! You'll have to excuse the pink bouncer. This picture was taken at my sister's house. She has a baby girl, therefore it's pink!

This is Koen's favorite position. He sucks on his toes more than anything. I think he gets his flexibility from his mom :) (Not really!)

Katie, if Koen got the flexibility and that "favorite Position" from you, then I wouldn't be surprised if he got the sucking on his toes as well! ha ha, JK!!! Leisja
oh - you think that's funny, don't ya? :)
Katie Katie Katie?!!
A pink bouncer? Are you serious? The kid already has it tough enough having scott as a father, at least give him a chance with blue. JK. I'm glad you put the disclaimer in there because I was worried that Scott had really bought a pink bouncer for his boys. Its good however to see Scott hasn't gotten Koen into the body painting business (yet). Congrats, he's a cutie (Koen I mean, not scott)

First tooth is always a fun milestone - even though it usually means more teething, drooling, and crankiness...oh well, milestones are fun, right?? :) Both your kids are such cuties!
Talk about flexiblity, sooo cute! Can't wait to see you guys, I'm already counting down to July (nice to see I'm living in the present, right!)! Luv the pics, Cami
LOL! I almost freaked out when Logan got his first 2 teeth. He got them at the same time and he was 5 1/2 months old! I totally thought that they got them when they were a year. Not my kid! Love the bouncer by the way!
Wasn't that a song we sang in elementary school? "Koe, Koe, suck your toe, all the way to Mexico!" He sure has been a lot happier since that darn little tooth broke through, good luck with the two dozen more to follow!
He is so handsome! I can't believe he sucks on his toes! To cute! Hope you break that habit before he gets married!
